Proper use will ensure years of trouble free operation.

Screens should be retracted into their protective housing when not in use to ensure long life.

Ensure tracks are kept free of dirt and debris. Keeping the tracks clean and free of debris is imperative to smooth operation and years of trouble free operation. We recommend the use of greaseless silicone spray to ensure excellent operation on a periodic basis.

Your retractable screen can be washed when needed with any mild soap and a common garden hose. Please avoid the use of chemicals as they can damage the mesh fabric.

Your insect screen is meant for ventilation and insect control. They are not meant for the retention of children or animals. it is normal for the screen to come out of the track or even release from the magnet if pushed on. This is a normal condition and the mesh will go back in when retracted and re-engaged.

Motorized screens should be supervised when in use.
